Following his role at BAML, Rabih joined Providence Equity Partners (“PEP”) in New York, a technology, media, and communications-focused premier private equity fund with $44 billion in aggregate capital commitments. As part of his role at PEP, he evaluated and executed new investments, priced businesses through extensive due diligence, assessed risk profiles and expected ROI, managed external advisors, and presented recommendations to the internal investment committee.
After working on Wall Street, Rabih moved to London to join Providence Strategic Growth / PSG (“PSG), a growth equity software investment firm focused on building pan-European players. In addition to investor responsibilities, Rabih worked closely with portfolio company management teams to professionalise business processes, financial and board reporting, and company budgeting. He also participated in LP fundraising efforts and continuously liaised with the sourcing team to execute on an aggressive add-on M&A strategy.

Most notably, he uniquely spearhead the formation and kicking off of a de novo music rights acquisition platform in partnership with Warner Music Group. During his involvement, Rabih was the CEO’s go to lead on platform formation, assisting in operations, setting up the initial underwriting processes, as well as business planning and hiring. He worked very closely with the management of a highly acquisitive leading French ratings & reviews SaaS provider. Rabih spearhead the creation of a full first-time budget, professionalised financial reporting systems, and executed multiple investments as part of an add-on acquisition strategy. He also led the diligence of multiple new investments, including a digital freight forwarding company based in the US, and a leading vertically integrated SaaS gym membership management & payment player based in Germany / DACH.
Rabih received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Engineering and minor in Economics from Columbia University in the city of New York, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted as an early member of the engineering honour society Tau Beta Pie, and received the Sebastien B.
